Our Firm

The law firm of Hook & Smith is located in Winnipeg West. It was established in 1984 by Dennis A. Smith and Gordon P. Hook. We provide legal services primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, wills, trusts and estates, residential and commercial real estate, and transportation law. We can also draw on years of experience to offer advice and referrals on other related legal matters. It is our privilege to have been of service for over 30 years, both professionally to our clients and personally through the many contributions of our lawyers and staff to their local communities.
